MPU Site Scheduler
§ Responsible for composing and maintaining the weekly maintenance
schedule as well as the Milne Point Unit 2 and 6 Week Integrated Area
Schedules using Primavera P6, and confirm that the schedules are
deliverable within site constraints
§ Review gate criteria/readiness and do-ability in the two week
to execution timeframe, ensuring that scheduled activities are ready for
safe and efficient execution

equipment requirements and daily work progress updates

§ Responsible for composing and maintaining the weekly maintenance
schedule as well as the MPU Integrated Field Schedule using Microsoft Project
2007 and MS Project Enterprise
§ Facilitate weekly backlog meetings
§ Interface with outside contractors to plan upcoming Preventive
Maintenance (PM) work
§ Work extensively with CMMS, specifically PortalG, to create and
approve work orders, order materials, and to create, modify, and/or remove
PM’s
§ Obtain information through the use of Brio Query to provide monthly
KPI reports to management
§ Work with contracts for vendors who support maintenance activities
§ Assist the Project Coordinator in updating documentation to ensure
compliance with procedures and regulatory agencies
§ Review Management of Change (MOC) backlog for any PM changes,
additions, or deletions needed for each project
§ Review Master Equipment List/Tag issues for accuracy by reviewing
Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) in EDDI and interface
with the MEL Single Point of Contact for resolutions and further review
